What you'll do

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations and messaging platforms.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and online), IronPort, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong skills in root cause analysis and incident management for technology availability.
Ability to lead projects independently and mentor less experienced engineers.
