What we're looking for
At least 4 years of management experience leading software engineering teams.
Bachelor's degree plus 15 years or equivalent advanced degrees with related experience.
Experience delivering cross-functional software projects across multiple teams.
Proficiency in C and Python programming languages.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with Board Support Package (BSP) development and hardware abstraction layers.
Leadership in New Platform Introduction (NPI) programs within networking domains.
