  • E2E experience with Infinity (version 24.1 or above) and Pega certification CLSA preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in PDM, Customer Service, Smart Investigate/Dispute frameworks.
  • Expertise in integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, KAFKA), performance tuning, and scalability analysis.
  • DevOps experience with BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy, and CI/CD on a Pega platform preferred.
