Leader, Engineering Project & Program Management

What you'll do

• Lead and manage large-scale AI transformation engineering initiatives within the Security Business Group.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans for complex projects.
• Drive coordination and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders, including partners.
• Support contract change management processes and ensure compliance with Cisco’s policies.
• Facilitate the adoption of best practices in project and program management within SBG.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience leading engineering projects and programs in cybersecurity or related technology domains.
• Deep technical expertise in security technologies, enterprise software, cloud services, and networking principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong project management skills using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, financials, and vendor/partner relationships effectively.
• Facilitation of strategic planning and execution for security product roadmaps.
