What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of program leadership in technical or customer-deployed environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product deployments under high-pressure conditions.
  • Strong command of enterprise architectures, cloud platforms, and multi-product ecosystems.
  • Expertise in navigating technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of end-to-end ownership of outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • Superior executive communication skills for uncertain or critical situations.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
