Lead Systems Operations Engineer, IT Capacity Governance

What you'll do

• Execute Capacity Governance control activities to ensure compliance with enterprise requirements.
• Manage capacity breach lifecycle, from identification to remediation.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities in Capacity processes.
• Lead onboarding of infrastructure products into Capacity Governance Frameworks.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of metrics used for capacity reporting governance.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of IT Capacity Management, Planning, Design Optimization, Forecasting, and Reporting experience
• 5+ years in IT Service Delivery Interface including Monitoring, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, and Availability Management
• 5+ years technical experience with IT Infrastructure Operations like Databases, Middleware, Networks, OSs, Servers, Storage Devices
• Experience executing control activities within capacity governance or infrastructure governance environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional onboarding efforts across product teams and influence management on solutions
• Strong knowledge in deploying automations at scale in cloud environments such as GCP or Azure
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences effectively
