What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of combined engineering and operations experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in software development and 6 years as a technical support team lead.
  • Strong understanding of Confluence & Jira technology stack with at least two years hands-on experience.
  • Experience providing technical support for complex, globally distributed service platforms.
  • Ability to manage infrastructure stability, performance, and risk compliance issues.
  • Proven capability in identifying automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
