What we're looking for

5+ years of experience with Java and Python programming languages
5+ years of hands-on expertise in designing low-latency, highly stable trading systems
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Experience in electronic trading protocols, order types, and exchange connectivity
Proficient in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies
Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering scalable solutions
Leadership experience including mentoring junior engineers and driving technical initiatives
