What you'll do

Design and implement scalable automation solutions to eliminate manual steps in onboarding workflows.
Enhance and maintain the SRE Intake platform for better usability, performance, and extensibility.
Integrate AI capabilities and LLMs to improve user experience and solve business challenges.
Act as an observability expert to facilitate early detection and resolution of system issues.
Build customized dashboards and monitors in collaboration with client teams.
Develop backend systems using Java or similar technologies to support microservices and APIs.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud architecture to improve operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Applicants must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or platform development are required (8+ years preferred).
Strong programming skills in Java or similar backend technologies are required.
Experience building APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems is required.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Cloud architecture is required.
Familiarity with observability tools and SRE practices is required.
Preferred experience includes building AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions.
Experience with frontend technologies and data visualization frameworks is preferred.
