What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or developing large-scale data platforms.
Experience serving as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
Strong programming experience with Python and SQL skills for working with complex datasets.
Experience designing microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and data-processing platforms.
Production experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD technologies.
Proven ability to lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Experience in ad tech, media, or data-intensive platforms (preferred); Snowflake, EKS, Aerospike, batch/streaming ingestion, and cost optimization (preferred).
