What you'll do

Develop desktop applications for Windows and Linux environments.

Create Python scripts for debugging and prototype development.
Triage issues, identify root causes of failures, and coordinate next steps.
Translate end-user needs into functional features while balancing engineering constraints.
Automate manufacturing test processes to reduce operator time and complexity.
Lead, coach, and mentor team members on software engineering tasks.
Collaborate with hardware and manufacturing engineers on multi-disciplinary projects.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent industry experience.
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
2+ years leading and/or managing a software engineering team.
Expertise in software development with Python.
Experience integrating or developing low-level code, device libraries, or drivers.
Experience in CI/CD and designing/delivering DevOps automation for app deployment and testing.
Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing Engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
