What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in a distributed microservices environment.
Develop full-stack solutions for mobile, web, and backend services to meet regulatory requirements.
Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using advanced AI frameworks and next-generation tools like Claude and Gemini.
Build robust cloud-based solutions on AWS to improve customer experience and financial empowerment.
Implement software using a variety of languages including Java, Python, Go, TypeScript, and SQL.
Manage container orchestration services using Docker and Kubernetes within a continuous deployment environment.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share expertise on emerging technology trends.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
3+ years of experience with mobile (iOS or Android) development.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity beyond basic code completion.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
