What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet corporate regulatory needs.
Build and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of MLOps, specialized tooling, and golden dataset curation.
Evaluate model performance for generative AI and machine learning technologies.
Mentor other members of the engineering community on technical best practices.
Develop robust software using languages like Java, Python, Go, and TypeScript.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience, 2+ years of Agile practices, and experience with interactive AI tooling (preferred).
