The Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack joins the Developer Experience team to deliver an integrated developer tool ecosystem. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs. You will build robust cloud-based solutions, collaborate with digital product managers, and mentor other members of the engineering community. Your daily work involves utilizing JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go. You will also work with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. This position focuses on solving complex business problems by marrying data with emerging technologies to drive powerful experiences within a distributed microservices and full stack systems environment.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
Build robust cloud-based solutions to drive financial empowerment experiences.
Utilize languages including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.
Manage container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement and manage various AWS tools and services.
Mentor other members of the engineering community.
Leverage interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
