What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory requirements.
Build an integrated developer tool ecosystem that is intuitive and easy to use.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on tech trends.
Utilize a variety of programming languages including Java, Python, Go, and TypeScript.
Manage container orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Leverage interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience; 2+ years of experience in Agile practices; and experience leveraging interactive AI tooling (preferred).
