What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience with a focus on SaaS-to-SaaS integrations.
  • Proven track record in technical leadership roles, including building custom middleware/APIs for enterprise systems.
  • Expertise in handling high-stakes financial and HR data with strict adherence to SOX compliance.
  • Strong platform thinking approach, emphasizing reusability and consistent engineering patterns.
  • Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Direct experience with Workday tools such as Extend, Orchestration, Integration Studio is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem components like MuleSoft, Data Cloud, and Slack for seamless integration.
