What you'll do

Lead a team of developers to implement dealer integrations for the Caterpillar ERP template.
Oversee the implementation of the ERP and Dealer Integration to meet quality standards.
Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
Write source codes for new applications and enhance existing application code samples.
Define integration approaches, manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and ensure data migration proficiency.

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in leading development teams for large-scale enterprise applications.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation.
Proficiency in MS.NET, C#.NET programming languages and Azure Integration Services.
Strong skills in solution architecting, technical designing, and defining integration approaches.
Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and data migration tools like Scribe Insight.
Proven leadership in coordinating development across multiple concurrent teams in an Agile environment.
Preferable experience working within B2B/B2B2C organizations and integrating ERP systems.
