The role requires proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, alongside experience with Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. This position addresses the technical challenge of managing complex decisioning systems to guide customers through their entire credit journey.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in a distributed microservices environment.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services to meet regulatory requirements.
Build full-stack systems that power real-time transaction approvals and customer decisioning logic.
Write, review, and evaluate code using languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Node.js.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging technology trends.
Collaborate with product managers to deliver high-quality experiences for millions of customers.
Manage container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
7+ years of experience in at least one of Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
1+ years of people management experience.
2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
