As a Lead Software Engineer - Agentic Data Quality Platform within the Asset & Wealth Management division, you will join an agile team to build and deliver trusted, scalable technology products. What you'll do

Write secure, high-quality code using enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools for generation and refactoring.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot full-stack applications and agentic production data platforms.
Build autonomous agents and MCP servers to enhance product capabilities and deliver business value.
Manage the full software development life cycle using automation and AI-assisted development tools.
Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify problems and support secure, stable application development.
Troubleshoot technical problems and evaluate the upstream and downstream implications of software designs.
Validate AI-generated outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to code, test, troubleshoot, and validate outputs.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and security expectations.
Proficiency in frontend technologies including React or Angular with TypeScript.
Proficiency in backend technologies including Python, Java, or Kotlin with REST or GraphQL.
Experience with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS for data engineering and platform needs.
Experience with containers, CI/CD, observability, and controlled release practices.
Proficiency in applied AI with LLMs, including Claude Code, RAG, embeddings, and agent tool calling.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus (preferred).
Experience in financial services, Wealth Management, data governance, or enterprise-hardening open-source software (preferred).
