What you'll do

  • Mentor junior team members to meet sprint commitments and project milestones.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Significant hands-on Java programming and web development experience using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with unit testing tools (Junit, Mockito) and RESTful API, JSON, XML, XSD
  • Proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Linux, and version control systems like Git or Subversion
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile/SAFe frameworks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
