Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician roles, with a proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments and familiarity with ERP/MES systems. Prior UAS industry experience and A&P certification are preferred, along with Top Secret Security Clearance.

What you'll do

  • Lead a team of technicians in the production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance.
  • Apply technical skills using hand tools, assembly tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Improve work area safety and efficiency by auditing and scrutinizing processes regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with build instructions and maintain accurate daily records and reports.
  • Provide training and support for new operator training as required in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields
  • Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau)
  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance purposes
  • Ability to complete certification training and maintain required certifications
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills for following build instructions
  • Detail-oriented record keeping and reporting abilities
