Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician roles, with a proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments and familiarity with ERP/MES systems. Prior UAS industry experience and A&P certification are preferred, along with Top Secret Security Clearance.

What you'll do

Lead a team of technicians in the production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance.
Apply technical skills using hand tools, assembly tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
Improve work area safety and efficiency by auditing and scrutinizing processes regularly.
Ensure compliance with build instructions and maintain accurate daily records and reports.
Provide training and support for new operator training as required in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

3+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields
Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience working with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau)
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance purposes
Ability to complete certification training and maintain required certifications
Strong reading and comprehension skills for following build instructions
Detail-oriented record keeping and reporting abilities
