  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies through pilots to validate their applicability and value.
  • Drive change management and adoption of AI initiatives across all business units.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in IT product management with at least 2 focused on AI products.
  • Experience building internal enterprise AI systems and platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and roadmaps for enterprise applications.
  • Strong prioritization skills and influence without authority across stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating, configuring, and troubleshooting AI tooling.
  • Change management expertise to drive adoption of new technologies.
