Lead Product Manager, AI Platform

What you'll do

• Take internal stakeholder requests from initial conversation to shipped AI capability end-to-end.
• Build and scale AI-native workflows on the platform stack, including prompts, agents, and evaluation harnesses.
• Set technical direction for Product Engineering pod by establishing prototyping standards and shared tooling.
• Operate independently of standard sprint cycles, making product and architecture decisions in a low-structure environment.
• Mentor adjacent engineers and PMs on AI prototyping and outcome-driven development practices.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of combined experience in software engineering and product roles with a focus on technical or AI-platform contexts.
• Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including advanced prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines.
• Hands-on capability to scope, build, and ship working prototypes end-to-end using Python and modern AI tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous stakeholder requests and deliver working systems directly without a product manager.
• History of successfully launching products or capabilities from concept to measurable adoption in an enterprise environment.
• Experience driving cross-team outcomes through influence without direct authority, coordinating with PMs and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for translating AI capability into business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
