As the Lead Platform Security Architect (AI & Data), you will join the security team to design and implement robust security solutions for information systems and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide security architectures that enable responsible AI adoption while protecting sensitive data assets. Your daily work involves translating complex AI technologies into actionable security controls, creating technical specifications, and leading the integration of security monitors and defenses. The role requires expertise in AI security, data protection, cloud security, identity security, and enterprise architecture. You will utilize skills in risk management, governance development, and strategic planning to influence executive decision-making. Key focus areas include securing generative AI, machine learning platforms, and large-scale data ecosystems while ensuring regulatory compliance across complex environments through collaborative engagement with engineering, governance, and business teams.
Design and implement security architectures for cloud platforms and large-scale data ecosystems.
Translate complex AI technologies into actionable security controls and governance frameworks.
Lead the design and integration of security monitors and defenses for information systems.
Develop enterprise-wide security policies, technical specifications, and risk management strategies.
Drive the secure adoption of generative AI, machine learning platforms, and data-driven technologies.
Serve as the primary voice of security architecture for strategic initiatives and product lifecycles.
Communicate complex cloud reports and security risks to executive leadership and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of relevant technical and business experience in roles such as Security Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architecture.
Experience establishing and leading enterprise AI security and governance programs for generative AI, machine learning platforms, and large-scale data ecosystems.
Experience defining and implementing security architectures for cloud and data platforms including data protection and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of AI security, data protection, cloud security, governance, compliance, identity security, and enterprise architecture.
Demonstrated AI literacy and understanding of generative AI tools, business applications, and limitations.
Strong executive communication skills to articulate complex reports and influence decision-making across various teams.
Skills in risk management, security design, stakeholder engagement, technology evaluation, and strategic planning.
