Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical specifications for financial systems.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Build and maintain complex allocation models, business rules, calculation scripts, and multidimensional databases.
Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions using Smart View and other reporting tools.
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including system enhancements and cloud migration initiatives.
Provide ongoing production support by monitoring environments and troubleshooting system issues.
Coordinate deliverables across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources while managing vendor relationships.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least seven years of hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM technologies in complex, global business environments.
Experience leading at least one full-cycle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementation.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining calculation scripts, business rules, multidimensional databases, and data integrations.
Knowledge of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications for scalable system solutions.
Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating work across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources.
Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle EPM Cloud, PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant professional certifications (preferred).
