What you'll do

Drive architectural improvements and feature development for the company's mobile applications.
Mentor team members on mobile app development best practices and technical problem-solving.
Implement key features daily using React Native and native modules in Swift, Kotlin, and Java.
Champion and integrate AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and velocity.
Create and maintain automated test frameworks to optimize testing procedures and cross-device support.
Define the mobile app roadmap in coordination with the Product team.
Collaborate with DevOps to enhance build, package, and deployment procedures for app stores.
Provide technical feedback on UX/UI designs to ensure feasible implementation.

What we're looking for

5 years experience building high quality mobile applications.
Ability to bootstrap completely new applications from initial concept through to app store publishing.
Extensive experience using React Native to build cross-platform apps for iOS, Android, and AppleTV.
Experience building native modules using Swift, Kotlin, and Java.
Experience using Redux and RTK Query for React Native state management.
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI usage.
Experience with automated packaging and deployment for Apple and Google Play stores.
Experience with digital media concepts and integrating video playback with DRM (preferred).
