What you'll do

What we're looking for

8+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in technical leadership roles.
Expert-level skills in backend development using Java, Python, or similar languages.
Extensive hands-on experience architecting and deploying large language model systems.
Proven track record building production agent systems and conversational AI platforms.
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) for designing and operating distributed systems.
Strong ability to establish test-driven development practices and automated testing frameworks.
Extensive experience with developer tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD systems.
