Join our team of world-class AI and traditional engineers as a senior software engineer, where you will implement A2A integration patterns such as APIs, webhooks, and event streams to integrate Adobe's AI capabilities into customer workflows. You will create reusable SDKs and reference implementations while acting as a data analyst by querying logs and metrics to evaluate model performance and identify failure modes. Your responsibilities include designing evaluation pipelines, ensuring strong observability with logging and tracing, and collaborating closely with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and prioritize improvements. Expertise in Python, PyTorch, and cloud platforms is essential, along with experience in MLOps and LLM applications. This role requires a build-first mentality, strong mentorship skills, and the ability to articulate technical insights clearly to both customers and non-ML stakeholders.
Implement A2A integration patterns to connect AI capabilities with customer workflows.
Create reusable SDKs and reference implementations to ease adoption of AI features.
Analyze model behavior using logs, metrics, and dashboards to identify performance issues.
Design evaluation pipelines for AI features including offline and online testing methods.
Instrument AI services with observability tools to ensure quality and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to translate feedback into prioritized product improvements.
What we're looking for
8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on ML/AI or LLM-based applications.
Expertise in Python and hands-on work with PyTorch or similar frameworks like TensorFlow or JAX.
Strong understanding of A2A integration patterns including REST/gRPC APIs, webhooks, queues, and event-driven systems.
Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, notebooks, and analytics tools to derive actionable insights from model performance metrics.
Experience with logging/observability stacks such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, and Datadog for monitoring AI features.
Strong communication skills to explain technical details and data insights effectively to customers and non-ML stakeholders.
