Lead Engineer - Critical Environments

What you'll do

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff on shift to ensure efficient service requests completion.
• Check malfunctioning equipment and determine necessary corrective actions for restoration.
• Train and supervise operations staff to enhance their capabilities in maintenance and safety.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs with minimal disruption of building services.
• Direct contracted maintenance work, ensuring timely performance and fulfillment of warranties.
• Maintain and monitor all critical systems for continuous operation and optimal performance.
• Ensure adequate inventory of tools and supplies by preparing purchase-order requests regularly.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of related work experience, including supervisory roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Working knowledge or capability to develop proficiency with Corrigo, Zendesk, and ServiceNow
• EPA 608 certification required
• Training in NFPA70E standards preferred
• Ability to supervise and train maintenance staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
