Lead Cyber Security Research Consultant

What you'll do

• Design and execute complex end-to-end attack chains to simulate real-world threats.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits using advanced offensive security tools.
• Document detailed attack paths for reliable reproduction and defensive improvements.
• Conduct security risk assessments to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Communicate inherent risks and mitigation strategies to business partners and leadership.

What we're looking for

• Over 5 years of cyber security research experience, including red teaming and white hat exploitation.
• Expertise in Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, and advanced red team tools like Cobalt Strike.
• Proven ability to conduct complex security risk assessments and communicate findings to technical and business audiences.
• Experience in creating proofs of concept, exploits, or reverse engineering for defensive improvements.
• Knowledge of cloud service provider security (Azure/GCP) and AI technologies.
• Understanding of banking industry information security policies and best practices.
