Lead Architect, Blockchain Technology

What you'll do

• Define the technical target state for key products and drive the achievement of the architecture strategy.
• Design, build, and evolve secure and resilient solutions that meet current business needs and future growth.
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture discovery and decision-making with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide feedback through outcomes-oriented sessions with external vendors and internal teams.
• Develop secure production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other engineers.
• Identify opportunities to automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across the software development life cycle.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in software development life cycle execution, including CI/CD, automation, and agile methods.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a technical discipline like cloud, AI, or machine learning to recommend future-state solutions.
• Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in software engineering with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to integrate AI-enabled capabilities into cloud-native architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
• Hands-on experience with public blockchain platforms including Ethereum (Solidity, EVM) and Layer 1/Layer 2 chains like Solana.
• Practical knowledge of blockchain tooling, including wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, and on-chain/off-chain integration patterns.
