Lead Architect, Blockchain Technology

What you'll do

• Define the technical target state for key products and drive the execution of that strategy.
• Partner with engineering teams to design, build, and evolve secure and resilient software solutions.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture discovery and decision-making processes.
• Evaluate new technologies and external vendor offerings to assess their applicability within existing systems.
• Develop high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other engineers.
• Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve overall system operational stability.
• Establish AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across the software development lifecycle and toolchain.
• Develop smart contracts and integrate blockchain technologies like Ethereum and Solana into core systems.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in software development life cycle execution, including CI/CD, automation, and agile methods.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a technical discipline such as cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile to evaluate emerging technologies.
• Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in engineering workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to integrate AI-enabled capabilities into cloud-native architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
• Hands-on experience with public blockchain platforms including Ethereum (Solidity, EVM) and Layer 1/Layer 2 chains like Solana.
• Practical knowledge of blockchain ecosystem tooling, including wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, and integration patterns.
