Lead Applied AI Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect comprehensive end-to-end AI systems with sophisticated RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.
• Define rigorous standards for prompt engineering, including templates, versioning, and testing methodologies.
• Lead deployment of AI systems into production environments ensuring observability, reliability, and compliance.
• Design scalable data ingestion architectures to process diverse data sources efficiently for AI consumption.
• Drive quantitative evaluation and continuous improvement of AI systems through A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
• Ensure AI solutions meet healthcare compliance requirements by implementing ethical standards and regulatory adherence.

What we're looking for

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering with focus on applied AI/ML.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise designing and deploying production-grade generative AI systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, modern web frameworks, and AI-specific technologies.
• Experience establishing organization-wide best practices for prompt engineering and model observability.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles including fairness, accountability, transparency, and ethics.
