What you'll do

  • Develop production-grade AI agents and GenAI applications focusing on agent orchestration and RAG.
  • Build secure, scalable AI services using frameworks like LangChain and Python APIs for modern web integration.
  • Enhance quality through prompt optimization, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and human validation.
  • Partner with clinical, data, and compliance teams to deliver HIPAA-compliant AI solutions.
  • Design autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents with tool invocation and workflow orchestration capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience with advanced Python development.
  • At least 3 years building user-facing applications using modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into production systems with contemporary SDKs and agentic architectures.
  • Direct experience developing AI-powered solutions including RAG pipelines, embeddings-based retrieval systems, and conversational interfaces.
  • Proficiency in designing, deploying, and maintaining autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents for complex enterprise use cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field with relevant professional experience.
