What we're looking for

7+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for building CLI tools, API integrations, and data pipelines.
Expertise in designing multi-step AI workflows including sequential chains, parallel fan-out, conditional routing, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and understanding their tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to build systems on top of LLM APIs for endpoint integration, streaming, tool calling, and context management.
Strong communication skills to present technical solutions to senior leaders and executives.
