Lead Analyst, Third Party Security will join the Security team to manage and assess security risks across a global ecosystem of partners, vendors, and third parties. The role involves leading complex technical assessments, translating findings into risk-based recommendations, and evolving the program from manual reviews toward proactive, continuous risk management. You will design and build AI-enabled tooling and automation for evidence analysis, monitoring, and scoring while collaborating with Security Engineering, Legal, and Procurement teams to embed security into onboarding processes. Required skills include expertise in cloud security, API security, network architecture, identity and access management, and cryptography. Candidates should have experience using GenAI and automation to improve workflows. The role addresses the challenge of securing a complex ecosystem involving digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and financial services within highly regulated environments.
Lead complex technical security assessments for partners, vendors, and third-party integrations.
Translate technical security findings into pragmatic, risk-based recommendations for stakeholders.
Build AI-enabled tooling and automation for evidence analysis, risk identification, and assessment workflows.
Transition the program from manual, point-in-time reviews to proactive, continuous risk management.
Establish monitoring approaches to identify and prioritize emerging risks across the third-party ecosystem.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Engineering teams to embed security into onboarding processes.
Communicate material security risks and control gaps clearly to technical and non-technical leaders.
Improve third-party security methodologies and standards while reducing manual effort through process redesign.
What we're looking for
7+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or compliance.
Experience with third party or vendor security assessments.
Ability to lead complex security assessments and evaluate control effectiveness beyond questionnaire-based reviews.
Technical depth in cloud security, API security, network architecture, identity and access management, and cryptography.
Hands-on experience using AI, GenAI, automation, or internal tools to improve security, risk, or compliance workflows.
Experience modernizing security, risk, or compliance programs through automation or process redesign.
Strong communication skills to translate complex risks into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in financial services, fintech, digital assets, or regulated industries (preferred); familiarity with DORA, SOC 2, ISO 27001 (preferred); familiarity with blockchain technologies (preferred).
