What you'll do

Guide the adoption and consistent application of Agile and SAFe practices across all teams and task orders.
Establish and maintain program-level Agile constructs including ART cadence, PI planning rhythm, and common definitions of ready/done.
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies such as Quarterly Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums.
Define and maintain consistent Agile metrics like velocity, throughput, and cycle time to provide transparent visibility into progress.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leads on Agile principles and provide targeted support to underperforming teams.
Manage Agile tooling configurations in Jira or DevOps to ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
Identify and resolve cross-team impediments and systemic blockers impacting delivery through collaboration with the PMO.
Translate Agile outcomes into business-relevant progress for customer stakeholders and ensure contractual reporting remains compliant.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess a Top Secret SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
Must have a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Must have 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
Must have 5+ years of experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
Must have 5+ years of experience leading teams to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives.
Must possess skills in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), risk management, and process improvement.
Must be proficient in Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or DevOps (preferred).
Must be a Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) (preferred).
