What you'll do

Guide the adoption and consistent application of Agile and SAFe practices across all teams and task orders.
Facilitate program-level ceremonies including quarterly planning, system demos, and Scrum of Scrums.
Define and maintain consistent Agile metrics such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time for leadership visibility.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leads on Agile principles and process standards.
Manage the configuration and usage of Agile tooling to ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
Resolve cross-team impediments and systemic blockers by collaborating with program management and functional partners.
Translate Agile outcomes into business-relevant progress for customer stakeholders and contract reporting.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
10+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
5+ years of experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
5+ years of experience leading teams to plan, organize, and implement strategic initiatives.
Experience with backlog management, risk assessment, and Agile tooling like Jira or DevOps.
US Citizenship.
