Junior Technical Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze security alerts and escalate risks or operational disruptions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of security alerts, anomalies, and technical issues.
• Prioritize incidents based on complexity while communicating status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance within multi-vendor and multi-protocol environments.
• Create and distribute knowledge assets and digital resources to promote client self-sufficiency.
• Contribute to the enhancement of knowledge-based systems to improve security operations efficacy.
• Participate in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and satisfaction within the SOC monitoring team.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Active DoD8140/8570 IATT Level II Certification.
• Experience with L1 monitoring services via SIEM, EDR, MDR, or SOC mailbox.
• Hands-on experience using security tools to identify and escalate threats, anomalies, and breaches.
• Proficiency in core security operations processes and knowledge of evolving cybersecurity trends.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance in multi-vendor, multi-protocol environments.
• US Citizenship required.
