What you'll do

  • Configure and maintain numerous air-gapped Information Systems and networks.
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and provide administrative support.
  • Install, configure, and manage Linux servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues for COTS PCs, printers, and network equipment.
  • Monitor infrastructure systems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for system administration.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and DoD 8140/8570 IAT II certification.
  • Hands-on Linux server and workstation administration experience.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and sustaining Virtualized Machine (VM) architecture.
  • Understanding of system configuration and applying security controls under RMF.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and network concepts.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
