What you'll do
Provide technical support and administration for Linux systems in physical and virtual environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to server operations and maintenance.
Develop and implement solutions for incident tickets and requirements analysis.
Conduct root cause analysis and provide follow-up reports on technical findings and resolutions.
Update and maintain operations documentation for 24/7/365 monitoring personnel.
What we're looking for
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in Linux server administration.
Expertise in system security engineering and IT infrastructure management.
Experience with Red Hat Satellite Server, Spacewalk, and configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and familiarity with virtual desktop support.
Strong troubleshooting skills for log reviews, incident analysis, and trend identification.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required or willingness to obtain one.
Certification such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) preferred.
