Ideal candidates have over seven years of experience in Windows systems environments and Active Directory, along with knowledge of Office 365, Cisco UCS, and VMWare. Strong networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

What you'll do

  • Participate in team supporting and maintaining Windows Server hardware and OS.
  • Provide strategic planning for Windows infrastructure and Active Directory.
  • Monitor environment to ensure performance meets Service Level Objectives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on incidents related to Windows systems.
  • Maintain system patching levels and perform necessary backups regularly.
  • Produce essential reports for proper management of the Windows environment.
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements set by Information Security department.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in Windows systems environments and Active Directory
  • Proficient in Office 365 and SAN-based server environments
  • Strong knowledge of networking architectures including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with VMWare and Cisco UCS preferred
  • Ability to lead projects and work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills for problem resolution
  • Capable of handling pressure situations and working on 24/7 rotations
