10+ years in engineering leadership roles with executive experience
Proven success delivering large-scale cloud-based platforms with complex API ecosystems
Deep expertise in microservices, cloud technologies (preferably AWS), and API architecture
Demonstrated success driving modern engineering practices like CI/CD and DevOps
Experience building enterprise-grade platforms in regulated industries such as payments or fintech
Strong leadership of distributed teams across multiple time zones
