What you'll do

Establish a comprehensive software inventory across the organization.

Implement tooling strategy for automated discovery, inventory, and compliance monitoring.
Develop metrics and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility on cost savings.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in software asset management or IT asset management.
Proven track record of building and maturing software asset management programs.
Strong knowledge of software licensing models, compliance requirements, and vendor management.
Proficiency with ITAM/SAM platforms like ServiceNow, Oomnitza, or similar tools.
Experience identifying and remediating shadow IT and SaaS sprawl at scale.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Cybersecurity, Procurement, Finance, and IT Operations.
Strong communication and presentation skills for executive leadership.
