IT Senior Director, Digital Factory Leader, MedTech ERP & Digital Transformation

What you'll do

• Own and run the build factory end-to-end, ensuring adherence to controls and compliance requirements.
• Industrialize ERP delivery by establishing a repeatable data-driven operating system for efficient program execution.
• Lead testing automation and deployment at scale, including test strategy and automated regression across complex systems.
• Partner with Program Leadership to ensure coordinated execution and readiness for deployment of ERP transformations.
• Manage a distributed team of professionals, fostering growth and development through internal mobility and external hiring.

What we're looking for

• 25+ years of experience leading technology delivery and large-scale ERP transformation programs globally.
• Proven track record in establishing factory/industrialized delivery models with performance metrics and governance.
• Extensive experience in test strategy, automation, release management, and deployment for complex ERP systems.
• Strong leadership skills managing multi-disciplinary teams including internal and external professionals.
• Expertise in SAP ECC6/SAP S/4 and ancillary systems like SAP GTS, with integration patterns across the ERP stack.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within modern delivery models (Agile/Hybrid) and drive adoption of new workflows.
• Strong talent management skills for hiring, reskilling, performance management, and retention.
