What you'll do

  • Drive the development and implementation of complex multi-stream programs using Agile practices.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to build alignment for product architecture and solutions.
  • Coordinate with Platform Engineering teams, TPEO, Business CIOs, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage program prioritization and demand with key global stakeholders.
  • Lead planning meetings, coordinate deliverables, and manage risks across multiple workstreams.
  • Produce aggregate status reports and communicate metrics to management regularly.
  • Optimize program spend and present regular recommendations for cost efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical product/program management.
  • At least one cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • 3 years of experience in infrastructure platform engineering and operations.
  • Experience with modern infrastructure technologies like Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible.
  • Prior experience in public cloud migrations and Agile project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services or highly regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for program/project management.
