IT Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project execution and coordination across classified environments in Air Force networks.
• Ensure alignment of efforts, understanding of dependencies, and maintenance of progress among teams.
• Provide clear communication of technical progress to stakeholders, highlighting risks and required decisions.
• Act as a central coordinator to organize work, remove blockers, and ensure team success.
• Support the delivery of critical technologies effectively by keeping teams aligned and on track.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, systems administration, or network administration.
• Proven leadership in monitoring team performance and resource allocation to maintain productivity levels.
• Strong communication skills for reporting project status, risks, and milestones to various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Air Force systems, including DCGS environments, and TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience mentoring employees, resolving conflicts, and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
