What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology required
  • Minimum 5 years of operational support experience in an IM (Information Management) environment
  • Technical certification in A+, Security+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA, or similar
  • Experience working with Service Now and Integrated Tools for at least 5 years
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT network security standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
