As an IT Cloud Operations Administrator at this leading technology firm, you will join a dedicated team as an individual contributor with 3 to 5+ years of experience in cloud operations and systems administration. Your primary responsibilities include executing day-to-day cloud operations within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, supporting customer onboarding for regulated workloads, and maintaining audit-ready documentation aligned with compliance requirements. You will leverage your strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration, networking fundamentals, and monitoring tools to ensure secure, stable, and scalable operations. Additionally, you will participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborate closely with OCI SRE and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and manage databases (Oracle preferred). Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance frameworks and scripting languages like Bash or Python is highly desirable for this role within the construction and engineering industry.
