What you'll do

Document business processes and requirements by interacting directly with business customers.
Perform gap analysis to identify necessary system configuration and development changes.
Create functional design documents, test plans, user training materials, and implementation documents.
Design and implement system modifications in coordination with business and development teams.
Research and resolve Oracle system issues in collaboration with customers, developers, and Oracle Support.
Create SQL queries to troubleshoot issues, develop metrics, and generate ad-hoc reports.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with Oracle DB or managing full application stacks from the OS through custom applications.
Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities.
Experience working with business customers, developers, and Oracle Support to research and resolve system issues.
Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL).
Experience demonstrating problem solving, root cause analysis, and translating business needs into feature requirements.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
