What you'll do

Engage with Retail Stores through visits, calls, and technology rollouts to maintain technological health.
Build partnerships with Retail Store Leadership across all levels for sustained support and collaboration.
Serve as a key escalation contact for IS&T retail technology issues, coordinating rapid resolution and communication.
Execute expertise in Retail Store expansion projects including NSO, NCO, ESP, and Remodels for seamless integration.
Function as a partner in Production Validation Testing to ensure new systems meet operational requirements before deployment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in IT or related field.
Demonstrated experience with retail store environments and supporting IT systems.
Proficiency using Apple products including Macs (MacOS), iOS devices, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
Ability to travel up to 75% for on-site support and project management in various locations.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
