What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in software or data engineering
  • 5+ years in engineering leadership roles managing and developing teams
  • Strong track record of delivering large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep understanding of data engineering, system design, reliability at scale
  • Experience with modern cloud platforms, CI/CD practices, and enterprise-scale systems
